Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to support the successful implementation and optimization of Epicor ERP within our manufacturing operations. This role is crucial in aligning business processes with system capabilities, particularly in areas such as production planning, inventory management, supply chain, and shop floor control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between business users and the ERP implementation team to gather, document, and translate manufacturing requirements.
• Analyze current manufacturing workflows and design optimized processes using Epicor ERP capabilities.
• Configure and deploy Epicor modules relevant to manufacturing operations such as: Production Management, Bill of Materials (BOM) & routing, material requirements planning (MRP), Inventory & Warehouse Management, and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
• Develop functional specifications, business process documents, and configuration guides.
• Assist in data migration (e.g., BOMs, routings, part masters) and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support system integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), PLCs, barcode/RFID systems, and other plant-level technologies.
• Collaborate on report/dashboard development to provide visibility into KPIs such as production efficiency, downtime, and inventory turns.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT, and support go-live activities on the shop floor and across departments.
• Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree - preferably in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

• 3+ years of experience working with Epicor ERP in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, lean principles, and production workflows.
• Proven experience in configuring Epicor modules for production and materials management.
• Familiar with Epicor tools such as BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, DMT, and UD fields.

• Solid knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL) and reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epicor Kinetic (latest version).
• Exposure to discrete or mixed-mode manufacturing.
• Epicor certification or formal Epicor training is an advantage.
• Experience working on cross-site or multi-plant ERP rollouts.

Working Conditions:
