Role Description

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain ERP systems ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Lead and support ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party applications.
Analyze business requirements and design ERP solutions that align with organizational goals.
Optimize processes by identifying system improvements and automation opportunities.
Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance within ERP platforms.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and business insights using ERP reporting tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2-5 years of ERP administration, functional consulting, or implementation experience.
Hands-on expertise with one or more ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of ERP system integrations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
