Position Summary

An Agro Products Company is seeking a Senior ERP Implementation and Optimization Engineer to lead the full lifecycle management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader and functional expert capable of driving efficiency and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation, Design, and Upgrades

Lead core project phases, including requirements gathering, conducting gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, and data migration.
Design and manage system testing (UAT, integration testing) and the deployment of new modules and system upgrades.
Write detailed technical specifications and ensure system development aligns with functional requirements.

2. System Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Provide expert, hands-on support for system maintenance, monitoring performance, and resolving complex technical and functional issues.
Manage change control processes to facilitate smooth transitions during system updates and upgrades, ensuring high user adoption through training and documentation.
Maintain meticulous security standards by managing user roles, permissions, and access configurations.

3. Agribusiness and Compliance Mandate (Critical)

Traceability:
Configure the ERP system to enable full bi-directional lot and serial tracking (e.g., intake-to-shelf) for rapid and targeted product recall management.
Compliance:
Ensure the ERP supports and enforces key food safety and regulatory standards, such as HACCP, SQF, and FSMA, particularly within Quality Management and Inventory modules.
Inventory:
Configure specialized inventory controls, including warehousing, expiry, and variable lot quality information, relevant to the food production industry
