Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller in the Real Estate sector. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, following up on leads, explaining the details of properties available for sale or rent, answering client queries, and maintaining a customer database. The Telecaller will also schedule appointments for property inspections, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in telecalling and customer service
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry
• Proficiency in using CRM software and data entry skills
• Ability to handle calls and emails effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
