Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative located in Mumbai. The Inbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. The role includes keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and maintaining customer databases.

Qualifications

Experience with Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent Customer Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent education required; bachelor's degree is a plus
