In this role of Inbound Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will be assisting customers over phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products or services, and maintaining customer records. Your role will involve delivering prompt and courteous service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
