Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative, located in Sāki Nāka. Responsibilities include managing inbound customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and addressing customer concerns effectively and efficiently. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role. Qualifications Customer service skills, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and handling Customer Service inquiries Ability to work collaboratively to build strong customer relationships and represent the company positively Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using customer service software or tools is a plus Prior experience in the logistics industry is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
