About The Role

We’re looking for a

creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist

to craft campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert. You’ll play a key role in building meaningful connections with our audience through compelling storytelling, automation strategies, and performance-driven insights.If you live for open rates, obsess over subject lines, and get excited about segmentation and A/B testing — this one’s for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
  • Develop targeted email journeys using automation tools and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to ensure campaigns align with brand tone and marketing goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.) and report actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve content, design, and delivery times.
  • Maintain and grow subscriber databases while ensuring compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for personalization and lifecycle marketing to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting campaign data.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted personalization and dynamic content tools.
