About The Role

We’re looking for a

creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist

to craft campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert. You’ll play a key role in building meaningful connections with our audience through compelling storytelling, automation strategies, and performance-driven insights.If you live for open rates, obsess over subject lines, and get excited about segmentation and A/B testing — this one’s for you!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
Develop targeted email journeys using automation tools and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to ensure campaigns align with brand tone and marketing goals.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.) and report actionable insights.
Conduct A/B tests to improve content, design, and delivery times.
Maintain and grow subscriber databases while ensuring compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Identify opportunities for personalization and lifecycle marketing to enhance user experience.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Klaviyo.
Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and analytics.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting campaign data.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with AI-assisted personalization and dynamic content tools.
