GR Scholastic LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in international email marketing. This role is ideal for someone who can craft impactful campaigns, analyze performance, and drive results on a global scale.
What You’ll Do
✅ Plan, design, and execute international email campaigns
✅ Manage audience segmentation, personalization & A/B testing✅ Track & analyze KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions)✅ Develop & present reports on campaign effectiveness✅ Maintain and enhance automation processes, ensuring data integrity & compliance✅ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices & SEO principles
✅ Collaborate with content, design & product teams for brand alignment
What We’re Looking For
✨ 5+ years of email marketing experience (international focus)
✨ Expertise in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud✨ Strong knowledge of SEO & its impact on email marketing✨ Skilled in analytics, reporting & campaign optimization✨ Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design✨ Strong project management skills (multi-campaign handling)✨ Creative, proactive & problem-solving mindset
