Email Marketing Specialist

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing a Strategic Sales plan. Your role will involve conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying selling opportunities to meet customer needs. You will also be conducting training sessions on benefits administration and new offerings under benefits to educate customers. Key Responsibilities: - Managing Customer Relationships and Growing existing accounts - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media - Identifying and contacting potential customers to create new business opportunities - Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns, and negotiating deals to maintain customer satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to achieve better results - Creating frequent reports with sales and financial data - Updating client and lead information in the respective database - Managing existing partnerships in Benefits and exploring new partners - Assisting with the development of brochures and other marketing literature - Organizing and attending networking events - Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences - Resolving client complaints - Crafting polished written communications and delivering oral communications of findings and recommendations effectively and efficiently - Collaborating positively with different stakeholders to secure support and implement recommendations in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role - Excellent communication skills and comfort in reaching out to potential customers through various channels - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Experience in Insurance Products, banking loans, Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Investment houses, or Asset Management Company is preferred.
