Email Marketing Specialist

As an Email Marketing Manager at our company located in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in planning and developing our overall email marketing strategy. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or a related field and have proven experience in creating high-impact marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Familiarity with email automation and SEO tools. - Creating error-free, well-written copy. - Conducting market research to understand consumer behaviors. - Collaborating with graphic designers to enhance output appearance. - Maintaining an opt-in customer database. - Distributing emails using automation software. - Monitoring and reporting campaign effectiveness. - Reviewing past campaigns to identify strengths and weaknesses. - Developing campaigns that address customer pain points. - Staying updated on email marketing trends and strategies from global brands. To qualify for this role, you should have prior database management experience, familiarity with automation and performance evaluation software, excellent project management skills, outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities, and strong English communication skills. You will work in a 5-days full-time day shift environment with annual salary increments based on performance. Provident Fund and ESIC benefits are applicable.
