Job Role: Marketing Automation and Web Development Specialist Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, programming languages, web services, or another related field Skills & experience: (4 to 5 years) Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns using platforms like Splash, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc. Create, design, and deploy campaigns (e.g., newsletters, drip campaigns, events etc.) ensuring optimal performance and deliverability. Build and maintain webpages or email templates, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring they are user-friendly and mobile-optimized. Manage and execute in-person events and webinars, ensuring seamless integration with email marketing and other platforms. Requirements: 4-7 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website and email template development. Hands-on experience with at least one of the following marketing automation platforms: Splash, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar. Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including creation, deployment, and optimization. Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from campaign performance data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration.
