MERN Stack Developer Team Lead

You are a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Team Lead with over 4 years of experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role. In this role, you will lead a team of developers and drive the development of scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. As the Team Lead, your responsibilities will include leading a team of MERN developers to deliver high-quality web applications, architecting scalable backend and frontend solutions, reviewing and writing clean code, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring junior developers, managing project sprints, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will also be responsible for ensuring code and design quality, optimizing performance, security, and scalability of applications, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming, experience with state management tools like Redux/Zustand, Git, CI/CD pipelines, modern development tools, and front-end build tools. Experience with cloud platforms and testing frameworks is a plus. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related field, experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, and strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
