As a Computer Data Operator at our company, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling our computer systems. Key Responsibilities: - Update event data daily with relevant information. - Identify and correct data deficiencies or errors, ensuring compatibility with authorization documents. - Extract and download data from provided resources. - Verify data accuracy and organize it based on source documents. - Update data in the database under mentor supervision. - Enter missing information by conducting research and coordinating with relevant departments. - Utilize data program techniques and procedures effectively. - Demonstrate fast typing skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. - Maintain backups of all data and information. - Generate reports and present data in a coherent manner. - Adhere to company policies and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role in the Administrative Department. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Exceptional typing accuracy and speed. - Strong understanding of data integrity and security principles. - Familiarity with administrative procedures. - Excellent data entry skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. - Proficiency in the English language. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Quick decision-making abilities.
