Job Profile: Data Operator (Contract / Internship)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Operator to assist with data entry, document management, and operational support. This is a contract / internship role, ideal for someone who is organized, quick with computers, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Role Overview:

The Data Operator will support day-to-day tasks such as maintaining records, updating spreadsheets, sorting and organizing product or customer information, and assisting with documentation required for internal operations. Accuracy, speed, and basic analytical thinking are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal records.
• Organize and classify documents, files, and digital folders.
• Prepare and clean data for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with compiling product information, customer lists, inventory data, and project details.
• Ensure all data is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted.
• Generate simple reports or summaries as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection or verification.
• Handle administrative tasks like formatting documents, renaming files, and exporting/importing data.

Requirements:

• Basic to good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Social Media.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, lists, and structured information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Freshers welcome; experience in data entry or admin work is a bonus.

• Position Type: Contract / Internship
• Duration: Based on project requirements (extendable)
• Compensation: Stipend

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
