Data Operator

• Enter and update accurate data in company systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel tools.
• Perform data cleaning, formatting, and verification to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Retrieve and manage data from various sources for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Assist the accounts department with basic data entries in Tally ERP (if required).
• Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
• Cross-check and validate information to avoid errors and duplication.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required data or clarify discrepancies.
• Monitor and update inventory or transaction records (as per organizational needs).
• Ensure data confidentiality, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide support in preparing MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Perform any additional administrative or data-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Experience: 6–12 Months

Key Skills Required:

• MS Office (Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, MIS reporting)
• Tally ERP (added advantage)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle confidential data
