Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Manager located in Mumbai. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing data to improve performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. this role is to manage only Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Ownership:
Manage day-to-day business operations
Sales & Target Management:
Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets across platforms.
Promotions & Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns to increase sales and visibility..
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
Forecast demand and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels.
Pricing Strategy:
Monitor competitor pricing, manage price parity across platforms, and maintain healthy margins.
Data & Analytics:
Track performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, returns, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Dispute & Claim Resolution:
Handle return issues, penalties, and safety claims with marketplaces.
Relationship Management:
Act as a single point of contact for the category managers/account managers at marketplaces.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing, finance, logistics, and customer support to deliver seamless operations.
🔹 Amazon Advertising (AMS)
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns: Sponsored Products, Brands & Display
Analyze ROAS, ACoS, CTR, conversion, and reduce wasteful spending
Run experiments (A/B testing) for creatives and bidding strategies
🔹 Promotions & Deals
Plan and execute Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Days, and category promotions
Collaborate with Amazon account managers to get visibility slots and category support
🔹 Inventory & Operations
Coordinate with logistics and supply teams for FBA/FBM inventory planning
Minimize stock-outs and ensure Buy Box ownership
Maintain healthy IPI (Inventory Performance Index) for FBA
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of marketplace algorithms (especially Amazon/Flipkart)
Hands-on with seller panels and e-commerce dashboards
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Understanding of ecommerce P&L, discounts, margins, and returns
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–6 years of experience in e-commerce account management
Prior experience managing online sales for a consumer product company is preferred
CTC - 12-13 Lakhs
