Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Listings & Platform Manager to oversee and manage product listings, inventory, and performance across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in listing optimization, platform management, inventory control, and data analytics to drive sales and grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listings & Optimization:

  Create, upload, and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and other platforms to ensure maximum visibility and conversions.

• Inventory Management:

  Manage and synchronize inventory across all platforms to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability.

• Platform Management:

  Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of our online stores on various e-commerce platforms.

• Sales Tracking & Reporting:

  Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve listings, and boost overall sales.

• Platform Strategy:

  Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

• Promotions & Discounts:

  Coordinate platform-specific promotions, sales events, and discount strategies.

• Customer Support Coordination:

  Work closely with the customer support team to resolve any platform-specific customer inquiries or issues.

• A/B Testing:

  Implement A/B testing strategies to identify the most effective listing formats, pricing, and promotions.

• SEO & Keyword Optimization:

  Utilize SEO tools and best practices to enhance the visibility of listings on search engines and platform-specific searches.

• Collaboration:

  Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and design teams to ensure smooth operations across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific policies and best practices.
• Proficiency in using platform dashboards and analytics tools.
• Experience with product listing optimization, SEO, and keyword research.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management and synchronization across platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales tactics is a plus.
