Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team at Aero Armour. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for adventure and the outdoor lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:Identify and Prospect New Clients:Research and identify potential B2B customers, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients, within the target market.Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.Build and Maintain Relationships:Establish strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing excellent customer service and support.Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.Conduct Product Presentations and Demos:Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of Aero Armour products.Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals:Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation and contracts.Monitor Market Trends and Competitors:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer preferences.Achieve Sales Targets and KPIs:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Collaborate with Internal Teams:Work closely with the logistics, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights. Salary Range- 20000/- - 30000/- Per Month
