Ecommerce Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Sales Specialist with expertise in loyalty bonus solutions, including rewards programs, coupon strategies, and voucher management. The role involves driving sales and client adoption of our loyalty solutions, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing the use of loyalty tools to boost customer acquisition, retention, and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B/B2C clients for our loyalty product suite (rewards, coupons, vouchers).
• Pitch and sell loyalty bonus tools to e-commerce platforms, retailers, and digital businesses
• Collaborate with internal product, tech, and marketing teams to customize solutions per client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing and onboarding.
• Develop strong consultative relationships with clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on trends in digital loyalty programs, e-commerce sales, and customer engagement technologies.
