Sales Lead- Transformers (AGM/DGM) Experience -10-15 Years [ experience in MV and HV power transformers is mandatory] Location – Mumbai Roles & responsibilities 1. Leads customer engagement and sales efforts for large and medium power transformers, distribution transformers, and OVDTs in the Indian domestic market. 2. Builds and nurtures long-term relationships with key clients including utilities, EPCs, and institutional buyers across regions like Delhi and Mumbai. 3. Accountable for achieving annual sales targets and order intake goals through strategic planning and proactive client engagement. 4. Possesses a working knowledge of transformer specifications to effectively align product offerings with customer requirements. 5. Drives business with large accounts and institutional clients through focused campaigns, solution-oriented selling, and long-term value creation. 6. Expands market presence by developing new customer bases, strengthening channel partners, and creating growth opportunities. 7. Engages in need identification, bid preparation, and solution selling in collaboration with technical and proposal teams. 8. Contributes to sales planning, forecasting, and reporting through structured reviews and pipeline management. 9. Trains and mentors’ junior sales staff to ensure consistent messaging, product knowledge, and sales best practices. 10.
