A. Primary Role Purpose
To develop the complete e-commerce department of National Lights Company from zero, establish systems, execute online sales strategy, grow revenue, and scale NLC as a major lighting brand across India.

B. Key Responsibilities
1. Department Setup & Strategy
• Create the full e-commerce roadmap for NLC
• Plan and execute marketplace onboarding
• Setup workflows for order handling, stock syncing, returns & customer support
• Build the team (listing staff, order handling staff, photo/video editor)
• Introduce automated tools for pricing and inventory

• Create professional product titles, descriptions, bullet points
• Ensure high-quality photoshoots & image editing
