Roles & Responsibilities As an E-commerce Operations Manager , you will be responsible for end-to-end management of our online sales operations, including but not limited to: Complete handling of order processing through Uniware (Unicommerce) Managing daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc. Product listing, pricing updates, stock sync, and catalog corrections Inventory management, stock reconciliation, and coordination with warehouse/logistics partners Managing returns, cancellations, RTOs, and reverse logistics Monitoring SLAs, dispatch timelines, and order accuracy Preparing basic operational and sales reports Coordinating with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations You are expected to perform your duties diligently, honestly, and in the best interest of the company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
