Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities E-commerce Account Executive / Manager

  • Manage daily operations of online marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Ubuy, etc.).
  • Handle product listings, content updates, pricing, stock availability, and catalog management.
  • Monitor orders, shipments, returns, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely fulfillment.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare periodic sales & performance reports.
  • Run promotions, deals, and campaigns in coordination with marketplace guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with platform rules, policies, and ensure product visibility.
  • Respond to customer queries, feedback, and reviews to maintain brand reputation.
  • Liaise with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities and issue resolution.
  • Identify trends, competitor activity, and suggest strategies for revenue growth.
  • Support digital marketing team in driving traffic and boosting product ranking on platforms.
