Internship Overview:

We are offering an exciting Field Technician Internship for individuals looking to build hands-on skills in lighting installation and repair services. The internship provides practical experience in electrical work, customer service, and problem-solving, under the guidance of our experienced technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installing various lighting products, including ceiling lights, chandeliers, hanging lights, track lights, and commercial fixtures.
Support in diagnosing and repairing faulty lighting systems, drivers, wiring, and related electrical components.
Accompany senior technicians on service visits for warranty and post-warranty work.
Learn and follow safe work practices and electrical safety standards.
Observe and participate in customer interactions, including explaining product usage and basic maintenance tips.
Help maintain service records and daily activity logs.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma students in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred (final-year students encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and lighting systems (training will be provided).
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in field conditions.
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Availability to travel locally within Jamshedpur for service calls.

Internship Details:

Duration: 6 Months, (can be extended and hired permanently)
Stipend: INR 8000-14000
Working Hours: 8 Hours
Certificate: Internship completion certificate will be provided.
