Job Title: Amazon Account Manager – Product Listings & Creative Content

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Amazon Account Manager with strong creative skills to enhance our product visibility and sales on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, creating engaging product photos, A+ Content, and strategic posts that drive traffic and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords).
• Plan and create high-quality product images, lifestyle graphics, and infographics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop and publish engaging posts for Amazon Stores, Posts, and Brand Content.
• Monitor listing performance, product rankings, and customer reviews.
• Analyze competitor listings and current market trends to improve product presentation.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and marketing teams to deliver creative content.
• Optimize A+ and Brand Store content to increase conversion.
• Track and report on marketing activities, campaign performance, and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central management.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce content strategy and SEO for Amazon.
• Proficiency in image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC campaigns is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual appeal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product photography coordination.
• Knowledge of tools like Helium 10 / Jungle Scout / Keepa.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
