E-Commerce Manager

We focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management: Track, update, and reconcile stock levels across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.). Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure smooth stock flow. Prevent stockouts and overstock situations through accurate forecasting. Order & Logistics Management: Process and monitor daily orders from multiple sales channels. Coordinate with courier partners and handle dispatch-related issues. Ensure timely delivery and manage return/replacement workflows. Excel & Reporting: Maintain detailed Excel sheets for sales, returns, and inventory tracking. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with key metrics. Use Excel formulas/pivot tables for data analysis and insights. Product Management: Upload and update product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces. Manage pricing, descriptions, and images to ensure consistent branding. Conduct competitor and trend analysis for pricing and catalog optimization. Customer Support & Coordination: Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, or CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently. Operational Optimization: Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Support marketing, logistics, and finance teams with operational data when required. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred). 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, inventory, or fulfillment management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis). Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other eCommerce platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
