Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven marketer who can grow our e-commerce brand’s revenue, audience, and performance across multiple channels. You’ll handle everything from paid ads to content strategy — focusing on measurable results, not vanity metrics. You should know how to create campaigns that convert, analyze performance data, and constantly optimize for higher ROI. If you can take ownership of growth, manage ad budgets smartly, and bring real numbers to the table — we want you. Responsibilities: Plan, run, and optimize ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) Create and test strategies to increase sales and conversion rates Manage content and influencer marketing to build trust and reach Track key metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV) and report growth progress Improve store performance (Shopify, email flows, retargeting) Requirements: 5+ years in e-commerce or DTC marketing Strong understanding of paid ads, analytics, and conversion funnels Proven track record of scaling online sales Self-starter with a performance-first mindset
