Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:Overseeing the design, development, and functionality of the e-commerce website to ensure it's user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
- Digital Marketing:Developing and implementing online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns, to attract and engage customers.
- Sales Optimization:Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and increase conversion rates.
- Customer Experience:Ensuring a seamless and positive online shopping experience, from browsing and product selection to checkout and customer service.
- Team Collaboration:Working closely with various teams, including marketing, IT, product development, and customer service, to align online strategies and achieve business goals.
- Performance Monitoring:Tracking key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales figures, and customer satisfaction, and reporting on performance to stakeholders.
- Budget Management:Managing the e-commerce budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that marketing campaigns and website development projects stay within budget.
- Product Management:Overseeing product listings, ensuring accurate information, and managing product rollouts on the e-commerce site.
- Staying Up-to-Date:Keeping abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and implementing new strategies to improve the online business.
