Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales strategy for Zavia products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and marketplace operations, ensuring maximum brand visibility and revenue growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to drive sales for Zavia Earbuds.
  • Manage online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and D2C websites.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to increase conversions.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies for growth.

Marketplace & Website Management

  • Oversee product cataloging, listing, and inventory management on multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure product pages are optimized with compelling descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels and timely order fulfillment.

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer collaborations.
  • Leverage SEO and performance marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and brand recall.
  • Implement customer engagement initiatives such as reviews, ratings, and loyalty programs.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key e-commerce metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements for sales growth.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and marketplace dashboards for insights.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in consumer electronics/audio accessories.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and paid ads (Google & Meta Ads).
  • Experience in inventory, pricing, and promotions management for e-commerce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
