Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Overseeing the design, development, and functionality of the e-commerce website to ensure it's user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. Digital Marketing: Developing and implementing online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns, to attract and engage customers. Sales Optimization: Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and increase conversion rates. Customer Experience: Ensuring a seamless and positive online shopping experience, from browsing and product selection to checkout and customer service. Team Collaboration: Working closely with various teams, including marketing, IT, product development, and customer service, to align online strategies and achieve business goals. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales figures, and customer satisfaction, and reporting on performance to stakeholders. Budget Management: Managing the e-commerce budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that marketing campaigns and website development projects stay within budget. Product Management: Overseeing product listings, ensuring accurate information, and managing product rollouts on the e-commerce site. Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and implementing new strategies to improve the online business. Essential Skills: Technical Skills: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, website design principles, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing tools.
