Job Summary: Energie Fitness is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage daily operations across multiple marketplaces. This role involves product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer query resolution, ensuring smooth execution and enhanced sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:● Product Listing: Create single and bulk listings on various e-commerce platforms.● Claims & Issue Resolution: Handle payment discrepancies, return claims, and SLA breaches on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other portals.● Customer Support: Monitor customer queries daily and provide prompt resolutions.● Inventory & Pricing Management: Track stock levels and adjust pricing dynamically to stay competitive.● Order & Return Processing: Ensure seamless order fulfillment and manage return requests efficiently.● Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to optimize sales across all platforms.Required Skills & Qualifications:● Strong experience in e-commerce operations, especially on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.● Proficiency in bulk product listing and marketplace management.● Familiarity with e-commerce claims and resolution processes.● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.● Ability to analyze sales trends and make data-driven pricing decisions.Why Join Energie Fitness?● Work with a leading fitness brand expanding its digital presence.● Gain hands-on experience in multi-platform e-commerce management.● Be part of a dynamic and growth-oriented team.
