Job Description We need our Sales head to shape our sales and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities. Conduct product presentations and support product trials when required. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities and customer feedback. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and post-sales service. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in medical, paramedical or life sciences will be given preference.
