Job Description E-Commerce Executive (Marketplace Management) Position: E-Commerce Executive Location: Fatehpur Beri, Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Minimum 1+ year handling Amazon/Myntra/Flipkart or similar) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Fashion & Apparel (Preferred) Role Overview: The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing the entire online marketplace operations end-to-end across major Indian platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Meesho, Tata Cliq, Snapdeal, Nykaa, etc. This includes account registration, product listing, catalogue management, pricing, order processing, inventory sync, promotions, returns handling, compliance, and performance analytics. The candidate must have strong knowledge of fashion category standards, competitive pricing strategies, excellent data accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with the design, operations, warehouse, marketing and ERP teams for seamless execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace Onboarding & Account ManagementIndependently handle seller registration, documentation, compliance & approvals for all e-commerce platforms. Manage portal dashboards, seller accounts, KYC and other filings related to marketplace requirements. 2. Product Listing & Catalogue ManagementCreate high-quality product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, variations, size charts, attributes, and SEO-based keywords. Coordinate with design & content team for product photography, model shoots, product descriptions. Ensure no mismatch in design, color, size, fabric, SKU, barcode accuracy. 3. Inventory & Order ManagementSync inventory with warehouse & ERP software (Biziverse - Training will be given) Monitor orders, dispatch status, shipping SLAs & ensure same-day or next-day processing. Track delivery, cancellations, returns, RTO, and claims. 4. Sales Performance & Growth StrategyConduct pricing analysis, competition benchmarking, set discount strategies. Plan sales events (Big Billion Days, End of Reason Sale, Prime Day, etc.). Improve Buy Box ownership, search ranking, and category visibility. 5. Promotions & AdvertisingCreate & manage marketplace campaigns, sponsored ads, deals, offers, coupons (e.g., EK10, B2G3). Optimize ACoS, ROI, impressions, CTR and conversion rate. 6. Returns, Claims & Customer SupportMonitor returns and claims, analyze root cause to improve product quality. Handle customer queries, feedback & ratings professionally. 7. Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, category performance, platform metrics. Analyze conversion rates, best-selling SKUs, sale trends, inventory ageing. 8. Compliance & Operational CoordinationEnsure all listings follow marketplace guidelines, legal compliance, GST, packaging norms. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounts, design & ERP teams. Maintain platform SLAs, handle escalation and resolve transactional issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Business, Commerce, Fashion Management or relevant). ✔ Minimum 2+ years experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (fashion/apparel preferred). ✔ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partners, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Ajio, etc. ✔ Strong knowledge of product listing, cataloging, pricing, and inventory management. ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Marketplace portals & ERP software (Odoo preferred). ✔ Good understanding of logistics, shipping, return processes and packaging standards. ✔ Analytical mindset with ability to plan strategies and drive online sales. ✔ Strong communication & coordination skills. ✔ Should be detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven. Preferred (Added Advantage)⭐ Experience in Fashion/Apparel E-Commerce ⭐ Knowledge of Adobe, Canva, basic image editing for corrections ⭐ Understanding of SEO keywords for listings ⭐ Experience with paid ads & digital marketing ⭐ Ability to drive deals & negotiate with platform account managers ⭐ Knowledge of ESKP — “Better Quality at Better Price” brand positioning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Daily Sales Revenue per Portal 📌 Live Listing Accuracy & SKU Health 📌 Return Rate & RTO % 📌 Marketplace Visibility & Ranking 📌 Account Health & Compliance Score 📌 Order Processing TAT (Turnaround Time) 📌 Advertisement ROI & Conversion Salary Range : ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & expertise) + Sales Incentives linked to performance.
