Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO (On-Page & Off-Page), Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing to drive brand visibility and revenue growth for our e-commerce business.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in promoting fashion/lifestyle brands, increasing website traffic, optimizing ROI from all digital platforms, and managing high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities🔍 1. SEO Management (On-Page & Off-Page)Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis & SEO audits.
Optimize website content, meta tags, schema, URL structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness.
Manage backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions & off-page SEO activities.
Track organic ranking, domain authority, traffic & conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
🤝 2. Affiliate MarketingBuild & manage affiliate partnerships with bloggers, coupon sites & review platforms.
Track affiliate performance, conversions & payout analytics.
Create marketing kits & strategies to onboard new affiliate partners.
Optimize affiliate campaign ROI.
📱 3. Social Media Marketing (Paid & Organic)Create and execute result-driven social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn.
Manage content calendar, creatives, reels/posts/story themes.
Plan & run paid ads (Meta, Google Display, YouTube, Snapchat Ads).
Coordinate with design team for aesthetic campaign visuals as per brand guidelines.
👑 4. Influencer MarketingIdentify, negotiate & collaborate with macro/micro influencers, fashion content creators, celebrity stylists, YouTube vloggers, child & family influencers.
Plan campaign briefs, scripting, deliverables, usage rights, timelines & budget.
Track reach, engagement, post-performance & sales conversion.
🚀 5. Performance Marketing & CampaignsPlan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting campaigns, conversion optimization.
Develop CPA, ROAS, CPC & ROI-based campaigns.
Run offer-based and launch campaigns (like B2G3, ₹500 for 3, festival/wedding collection, kids fashion, etc.).
📊 6. Analytics & ReportingPrepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
Track campaign effectiveness, traffic sources, conversion rate, CAC, ROI.
Monitor landing page performance, A/B testing & funnel optimization.
🤝 7. Collaboration & StrategyCoordinate with design, product, merchandising & sales teams.
Assist in campaign conceptualization, branding strategies, meta ad scripts, storytelling concepts.
Work alongside top management for business growth planning & marketing calendars.
Required Skills & Qualifications✔ Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing preferred).
✔ Minimum 2+ years experience in digital marketing for an e-commerce company (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred).
✔ Strong experience in SEO, SMM, Affiliate Marketing & Influencer Marketing.
✔ Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.
✔ Excellent communication & creative copywriting skills (Hindi & English bilingual advantage).
✔ Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, budgets & timelines efficiently.
✔ Strong understanding of target audience segmentation (Tier-wise city marketing, ads targeting, radius-based marketing, festive targeting).
✔ Should be creative, result-driven and highly proactive.
Additional Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)⭐ Experience with fashion apparel marketing
⭐ Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, email funnels
⭐ Understanding of landing page design and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
⭐ Experience in viral trend-based content, influencer reel scripting
⭐ Ability to plan 30-day marketing calendars with budget allocation
⭐ Familiarity with packaging marketing, offline branding elements (banners, posters, store ads)
