Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent management skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and revenue growth.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance guest experience.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is necessary.
  • A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
