Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and revenue growth.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance guest experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is necessary.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
