Responsibilities:Supervises the functions of the department employees, facilities, operations and cost on the day to – day basisCo-ordinates functions and activities with other department heads as assigned.Monitors and controls, on - going basis:Establishes and maintains effective customer / employee relationDuty Officer / Shift Manager in setting targets / goals for the department, makes constant effort to achieve the same.Minimize transaction time and introduce new techniques of intelligent (suggestive selling & up selling) selling.Makes constant effort to up-grade and maintain the standards of operationsConducts under the guidance of the Duty Officer / Shift Manager, such functions as employee orientation, on job performance, coaching and disciplinary action if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.Develops formal training plans and conducts on the Job – Sessions for all employees of Operations.Supervises and co-ordinates in liaison with the Duty Officer / Shift Manager for operational decisions.Establishes and maintains the records & registersEnsures all complaints are dealt with properlyMaintains revenue / accounts related recordsMaintenance of Attendance & Leave Register and Compensatory Offs / PermissionsEfficient and optimum utilization of staff effectivelyEnsures code of conduct and groomingConducts briefing for every shifts on daily basis and allocating duties to them in the assigned departments / locationsMaintains minimum stock levels of all items and participates in inventories on daily / weekly basisImplement and monitors promotions and events, corporate shows & salesTo monitor VIP movementsTo ensure that display and marquees are well maintained and updated at all times.To ensure proper hand – over and take – over at the time of shift change.To ensure cleanliness at Lobby, Gaming Region, Rest Rooms and co-ordinates with housekeeping as and when required.To ensure smooth operations at all times.Validate the available stock for Gaming Redemption stock for regular operationsResponsible for indenting the Stock to stores department and coordinates with stores to full fill the stock in the respective counters.Reports to be submittedSaleReport – Individual POS centersStock Requisition (Gaming – Redemption Stock, Game Cards)All registers are to be maintained wellBilling gadgetTracking operations of equipment's and follow up with vendors in case of breakdownEntering stocks in Parfait SoftwareSupervising and guiding staff about the service given to patrons and operations (display, snacks serving, up selling, punching etc)Monitoring and assessing sales of item during entry and intervalsUp selling and suggestive selling at gaming to increase revenuesTrain the staff for up selling, suggestive sellingTo keep a check on pilferage or malpractices happeningProper FIFO is maintained with special care to sell perishable productSupport the managers on floor by effectively handling customer complaintsControl on cash and stock shortagesy and securityTo provide a daily requisition for the next day based on the forecast of operationsTo perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.CONTACT: 8807374254 / 9566602143
