Job Description

We are looking for a Duty Manager / Service Ambassador to oversee day-to-day cinema operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead the team to deliver high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily cinema operations including shift opening/closing, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, merchandising, and smooth concession/box office functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate staff; conduct briefings, set shift goals, and monitor performance.

Requirements

Graduate / Post Graduate (IHM preferred).
2–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or service industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English & Hindi with good MS Office knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹34,000.00 per month
