Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel or resort.
Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
