Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Duty Manager with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve high performance standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably as a Duty Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
