Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guests receive high-quality service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing reservations, and ensuring the facility meets health and safety standards. The Duty Manager will also assist in training staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing hotel operations, including staff supervision and guest services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, health and safety regulations, and reservation systems.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in a managerial role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
