Our commitment is to deliver unforgettable stays, seamless events, and exceptional guest service with a touch of elegance and warmth. 📝 Role Description – Duty Manager As a Duty Manager at Pleasure Club, you will be the frontline operations leader, ensuring the smooth running of daily resort activities. You will supervise staff, coordinate between departments, handle guest concerns, and maintain the highest standards of service. You will be expected to make quick decisions, manage emergencies, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily resort operations during assigned shifts. Coordinate between housekeeping, front office, F&B, and maintenance teams. Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and resort policies. Supervise staff performance and provide guidance where needed. Assist in organizing events, weddings, and banquets as per resort standards. Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to senior management. 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in resort or hotel operations (front office or operations preferred). Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure with a positive attitude. Knowledge of hospitality software (PMS) and event management systems is a plus.
