Role Overview

DSA Manager

Key Responsibilities1. DSA Network Development

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs to strengthen the partner ecosystem.
  • Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions on product offerings, systems, and compliance.
  • Ensure consistent engagement to enhance productivity and retention.


2. Sales Management

  • Drive business targets through the DSA channel and monitor achievement metrics.
  • Analyze performance reports to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
  • Execute sales strategies to boost conversion and revenue generation.


3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with DSAs to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner support, issue resolution, and motivation.


4. Portfolio Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all applications sourced meet internal policies and regulatory norms.
  • Monitor asset quality, identify early warning signs, and take proactive action to mitigate risk.


5. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer behavior trends.
  • Share actionable insights with internal teams to improve product positioning and partner satisfaction.


6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular performance dashboards and present updates to senior management.
  • Leverage analytics to identify growth levers and streamline sales efficiency.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of lending products, especially in digital and unsecured lending.
  • Proven experience in building and managing DSA or channel networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Sound understanding of compliance frameworks in financial services.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.


Qualifications & Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (

    MBA preferred

    ).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience

    in sales or channel management within financial services/lending.
  • Age Criteria:

    under 30 years

    .
