build, scale, and own our Mutual Funds (MF) vertical end-to-end

🔹 Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving the MF business strategy, product roadmap,GTM, partnerships, and P&L. This is a core leadership role where you will work closely with the Head of India, Product, Growth, and Compliance teams to create India’s most seamless MF investing experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the MF vertical

  from 0–1 and scale it across India.
• Develop and execute

  business strategy, product architecture, and growth roadmap

  .
• Lead acquisition of

  AMCs, distributors, and ecosystem partnerships

  .
• Work with Product & Tech to create a smooth

  onboarding, KYC, and investment journey

  .
• Manage

  P&L, budgeting, forecasting

  , and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with

  SEBI, AMFI

  , and regulatory processes.
• Drive customer insights, industry research, and competitive benchmarking.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team for MF operations, product, and distribution.

🔹 Requirements

• 5–8 years experience

  in the Mutual Funds industry; strong understanding of MF products, regulations, and distribution.
• Experience in

  AMC, RIA, WealthTech, or MF distribution

  is preferred.
• Proven ability to

  build and scale a vertical

  with strong revenue ownership.
• Strong product, analytical, and commercial understanding.
• AMFI/NISM certifications are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
