Strong in segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to maximize engagement. Skilled at maintaining list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Collaborative: Can work with design/content teams to craft compelling campaigns. Analytical + Creative: You can read funnels like a pro, but also know how to craft hooks that convert.
