Role: Head of Growth (India)

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize the

  entire user journey

  — from signup to monetization
• Build

  repeatable growth loops

  that turn users into loyal customers
• Lead

  A/B tests & experiments

  across WhatsApp, email, app & web
• Build & lead a

  high-performing growth team

  (CRM, lifecycle, analytics, CRO)
• Work with Product, Design & AI (Charles) to drive

  personalized experiences

• Partner with Data & Engineering to implement full-funnel analytics (MoEngage, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Appsflyer, etc.)
• Identify high-value cohorts & maximize revenue across

  loans, cards & insurance

We’re Looking For

• 7–12 years in

  growth, lifecycle marketing, or product growth

  at scale (fintech, edtech, e-commerce, or mobility preferred)
• Proven success improving

  activation, retention & LTV

  at 5M+ MAU scale
• Deep understanding of

  growth tools & analytics platforms

• Hands-on mindset — can analyze, experiment, and execute independently
• Balance of

  strategic vision + data-driven execution

• Experience leading

  cross-functional growth teams
