Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring that Intellectyx’s strategic objectives are executed efficiently across global business units. This role blends operational leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to drive scalability, performance, and profitability. You will oversee business operations, delivery excellence, and internal enablement programs, ensuring seamless alignment between product, engineering, finance, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Planning

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategic goals into operational execution plans.
• Develop and implement scalable processes, OKRs, and dashboards to measure performance across business units.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Business Delivery & Execution

• Oversee delivery governance across product and services engagements.
• Establish metrics and standards for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Lead operational cadence (weekly/quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and KPI tracking).

Finance & Resource Management

• Collaborate with Finance to optimize budgets, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and vendor management for global operations.
• Identify areas for cost optimization and process automation.

People & Culture Enablement

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Partner with HR to drive performance management, career growth, and organizational health.
• Oversee operational onboarding and training programs that scale with company growth.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Serve as the operational bridge between product, sales, delivery, and corporate functions.
• Drive coordination between U.S. and India-based teams to maintain high execution velocity.
• Support M&A integration, strategic partnerships, and operational readiness for new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, delivery, or strategy roles within technology or SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, or cloud-native product businesses is highly preferred.
• Proven track record managing multi-site operations and scaling high-performance teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, and execution discipline.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
