UI/UX Designer

Dear Candidate, Greetings from Intellectyx! We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The position offers the flexibility of working from the office (WFO), a hybrid model, or remotely from home (WFH). As a UI/UX Designer at Intellectyx, you will be responsible for designing mobile-friendly responsive Websites, Web Applications, and Mobile Apps. Your role will involve combining design for interaction (UI/UX, design systems, and digital products) with design for communication (brand, print, and visual storytelling). Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, using feedback to improve UI/UX design. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose design solutions, and deliver design assets on time. - Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate and test design concepts. - Translate brand principles into visual expressions, creating scalable design language systems for typography, color, components, and layouts. - Design brand identities and collateral, maintaining consistency across the Website, Web Apps, and Products in alignment with brand guidelines. - Create visually appealing Websites, Web Applications, Mobile Application designs, and Graphics for various purposes. - Work with the marketing and development teams to craft intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Design responsive layouts that adapt well across different devices and screen sizes. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Stay updated on industry trends and new design tools to enhance design practices. - Proficiency in animation and interaction design to enhance user engagement. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Passion for UX/UI Design, focusing on creating impactful and user-friendly solutions. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InVision. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an understanding of design-to-code translation. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines. - Understanding of user-centered design processes, including user research and testing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present design concepts effectively. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new UX/UI design processes and tools. Bonus Qualifications: - A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. - Experience working in diverse organizational settings and with US-based clients. - Background in non-design fields that enriches your perspective as a designer.
