Coordinate and lead internal teams across functional groups within the company and clients. Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Effective Sprint Planning, User Stories skills, and experience leveraging Agile/Scrum/Kanban tools to manage projects effectively. Certification in Agile/Scrum/Kanban is a must and have a good understanding of the Software Development lifecycle and methodologies of Agile/Scrum/Kanban. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
