Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns and digital advertising strategies. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, nurturing leads, and driving measurable business growth through high-performing digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing: Design, build, and manage email campaigns for lead generation, engagement, nurturing, and retention. Segment email lists based on behaviors, demographics, and engagement levels to personalize outreach. Develop email calendars, manage email databases, and ensure data hygiene and compliance with GDPR/other regulations. Write engaging copy, design visually appealing templates, and manage A/B tests to optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversions. Analyze campaign results and use insights to improve future campaigns. Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and others. Manage performance budgets effectively to maximize ROI, CAC, and LTV metrics. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics like impressions, clicks, CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Collaborate with creative teams for ad copy, landing pages, and banners. Continuously A/B test ads, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital advertising. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience specifically in Email Marketing and/or Performance Marketing. Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Proficient in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. Strong understanding of CRM management, segmentation, and automation workflows. Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of marketing KPIs, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
